From the moment they stepped onto the dock, I knew this wasn't going to be about perfectly posed smiles. We wandered through open fields where the girls ran hand-in-hand, explored the peaceful lakeside dock, dipped little feet into the water, and finished the evening beneath towering trees as the sun filtered through the branches.
Every corner offers something unique, making it one of the most versatile locations for family photography near Louisville Kentucky, Jeffersonville, Clarksville, and throughout Southern Indiana.
The Beauty of Letting Kids Be Kids
One of the biggest Questions parents ask before a session is:
"What if my kids don't cooperate?"
My answer is always the same!
I don't expect them to. Children weren't made to stand perfectly still.
They are supposed to splash in the lake.
They are supposed to run through tall grass.
They are supposed to point at leaves they think are interesting, wrap their arms around mom's neck, giggle with dad, and explore the world exactly as they see it.
